Terms of Sales

Article 1 – Scope of application of the general conditions
These general conditions apply and form an integral part of any contract relating to tourist stays concluded between the establishment “Les Cabanes du Dauphiné”, whose head office is established in Les Eméyères, 137 rue de Valserres in 05000 Gap in France and registered under SIRET number 445 226 483 00037 (hereinafter “les Cabanes du Dauphiné”) and its clients (hereinafter the “Hosts”).

Article2 – Reservation conditions
2.1 Prices and regulations
The price of stays is indicated in euros, taxes and cleaning costs are indicated as extras.

At the time of booking, 50% of the price of the nights must be paid. Any option for which payment has not taken place within 5 days will be automatically canceled.

In the event of late payment of the balance, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice and without prejudice to Cabanes du Dauphiné requiring payment of the entire reservation from the Host.

2.2 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Code of Economic Law are not applicable to tourist services. Thus, for any reservation of stay with Cabanes du Dauphiné, the Host does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.

2.3 Cancellation and modification of reservation
a) Reservations can be canceled up to 30 days before the date of stay. Bank charges of 2% will be levied on the refund amount.

b) Guests are recommended to take out or check if they benefit from cancellation insurance which allows them to obtain reimbursement of sums paid in the event of cancellation of their stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.). ).

c) Reservations are nominative and a Host is prohibited from transferring their reservation to a third party, for any reason whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Cabanes du Dauphiné.

Article3 – Progress of your stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
Arrivals are from 4:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday. There are no arrivals on Sundays except in exceptional circumstances. Departures are before 10:30 a.m. every day, unless agreed in writing by Cabanes du Dauphiné.

3.2 Delay
Any departure after the time indicated in article 3.1 will result in the billing of an additional night. Any request to extend your stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned departure date.

3.3 Internal regulations
To make the stay as pleasant as possible for all Guests, they must respect the rules (of conduct) mentioned in the welcome booklet. This can be consulted in each accommodation.

Hosts are responsible for respecting these rules for people who enter the domain of their choice.

3.4 Number of people
The number of Hosts must, under no circumstances, exceed the capacity provided for in the reservation.

Otherwise, Cabanes du Dauphiné reserves the right to cancel the reservation (without refund), to end the stay (without refund) and/or to modify the rental price.

Article4 – Responsibility
4.1 Except serious or intentional misconduct by Cabanes du Dauphiné, the latter are not responsible in the event of:

theft, loss or damage, of any nature whatsoever, during or following the stay,
defect or breakdown of equipment during the stay.
Les Cabanes du Dauphiné also declines all responsibility in the event of an accident in the cabins and/or on the site surrounding the cabins.

4.2 The Host and those accompanying him must occupy the Cabins in a good manner.

They are jointly and severally responsible for any loss and/or damage caused by themselves, by their guests or by an animal in their care, to the estate, to the Cabins and/or to their equipment.

If the Host or one of those accompanying them is responsible for damage, it is their responsibility to report it immediately by text message or email. The value of the damaged property and/or the repair to be carried out will be invoiced.

4.3 At the start of the stay, the Host has the obligation to check the condition of the Cabin and its equipment upon receipt of the keys. If no defect is reported to reception at the start of the stay, the Cabin and its equipment will be considered to have been made available to the Host in perfect condition.

4.4 Cleaning of the Cabins, at the end of the stay, is invoiced in the reservation price. However, if the Cabin has not been occupied in a good manner and it is in an abnormally dirty state, additional (cleaning) costs may be billed to you.
