Rates vary depending on the length of stay, the season, and the number of people

Regardless of the season, the longer the stay, the lower the price per night.

Weekend nights are more expensive than weekdays.

Water and electricity are included in the prices.

Beds are made upon arrival, and bathroom linens (towels, bath towels, etc.) are provided.

Cleaning fees are charged additionally and reflect a slight surcharge due to the health crisis.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival except special rates.

You will be charged 50% of the stay costs (nights) upon booking.

Minimum reservation: 2 nights except for last-minute (48-hour) bookings, subject to availability.

Early booking: If you book a one-week stay more than 4 months in advance, you will receive a 20% discount. Non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Booking directly on our website:
All bookings made directly on our website benefit from free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, a cancellation penalty of 50% of the stay fee (excluding cleaning fees) between 30 and 7 days before arrival, and a cancellation penalty of 100% of the stay fee (excluding cleaning fees) between 7 days and arrival.
Outside these conditions and in cases of force majeure, to guarantee a full refund in the event of cancellation, we recommend taking out short-stay cancellation insurance with our partner Axa: Short-Stay Travel Insurance – Holiday Insurance.
Also note that if you pay with your Visa Premier card, you benefit directly from travel cancellation insurance.

Bookings made through an agency (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) are exclusively linked to the agencies. Only their cancellation policies apply. We regret that we cannot circumvent this principle and encourage you to book directly on our website to benefit from the best rates and cancellation policies.
