Our solid wood house is fully equipped for 9 people, with a magnificent 180° view overlooking Céüze and Lake Pelleautier. You have 5 bedrooms, including 3 doubles, and a large shaded and equipped terrace overlooking the garden.

You have a hot tub adjacent to the terrace and a swimming area accessible 500 meters away.

Unusual and comfortable accommodation

This fully equipped wooden chalet is perfect for a stay with family or friends. A functional kitchen, quality bedding, and a bright living space... Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home, with that little extra touch of character that comes with a natural and authentic home.

You have 5 bedrooms, including 3 doubles, one with 2 trundle beds, and one with 1 single child's bed. There are 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen, and a large shaded and equipped terrace facing the garden. A garden-level gîte is rented separately.

We are located in a charming hamlet of about fifteen houses called Basse Corréo, in the commune of La Roche des Arnauds. Our house is situated on the heights of Gap, west of the Domaine de Charance. A peaceful setting, the exceptional view offers a panoramic view of the Céuze mountain and Lake Pelleautier. Less than 10 km from the city center, you're within easy reach of great outdoor sports: paragliding (takeoff at 1,500 meters), hiking, climbing (Céuze), hang gliding (Tallard), and mountain biking (numerous marked trails).

Weekly rentals are preferred, but we welcome all types of requests.
